摘要：
Unexpected soil or groundwater contaminations, e.g. appearing during excavations. require: 1. immediate rescue activities and risk management, 2. averting an expensive interruption of excavation / construction works, and 3. immediate evaluation of circumstances (cause and age of contamination), to avoid later-on discussions about responsibilities and payment obligations, due to unintended annihilation of evidences.
