摘要
Taking into account Romania's new European Union and NATO's member, as well as the fact that education is the first pillar, allowing the National Defence and the Security sector to adapt to the new challenges, the main goal of the Military Higher Education was to accomplish an integrated system, efficient and economic, according to the Romanian Army's staff's professional development. The main priorities, goals, directions and activities of the Military Higher Education, between 2010-2015, presented in the paper, aim at its new quality. The major decision marks are clearly identified- not only in the Ministry of Defence's documents, but also for those issued by the Romanian Government and Euro Atlantic institutions. Besides the expertise and political documents, we have comparatively analyzed the education systems from the NATO and European Union member states' Armies.
