摘要
This study explored the use of the Reverse Kansei Engineering method with regards to evaluating customer feedback on women's underwear designs. The Reverse Kansei Engineering method is used to study the difference in how designs are perceived. The study was conducted by grading underwear decorative design renderings according to feedback from our sampling group, following which the Semantic Differential (SD) method to quantify the results. Finally, we summed up the degree of sensibility through average value comparison and cluster analysis. The research shows that the perceptual demands of underwear decorative design include gender, occasion, structure factor and target citizens. Combining element of decoration with perceptual demand of consumer can reflect better reflect customer interest, and facilitate the development of an emotional system for consumers who shop for underwear online.
