摘要：
A surface profile measuring system for the conductor roll of the Electric Galvanizing Line and measurement software is developed in this paper. For the profilemeter, a linear guided control system was designed with laser displacement sensors and developed a 3-dimensional software which is easy to use in a factory. Additionally, the precision position control of the linear guide system was designed using an AC motor with an encoder. The measuring principle of the laser sensor is the optical triangulation method. Two laser sensors were used in order to remove the disturbance and vibration effect on the linear guide system.
