摘要
The paper is devoted to development and testing of the technique for determining Young's modulus by means of instrumental indentation for coatings formed by electrospark processing. A high degree of reliability of the results of experimental assessment of the values of Young's modulus of materials without coatings is established by comparing them with the reference data. The results of studying Young's modulus show that the parameter values of coatings of electrode materials are considerably different from the parameter values of electrospark coatings obtained by these electrodes.
