Financial globalization: Firms and nations

This article analyzes financial globalisation processes from historical perspective. Origins, traits and evolution of financial globalisation are his principal argument. This study give a general framework to understand the changes in the behaviour of states and firms. Management, internal organisation and competitiveness policies have experienced important transformations, because the modification in international financial environment.
