摘要
By combining earth observation data with exogenous data and modelling techniques, several customized products were developed in the support of decision making for flood risk management. Part of the Research & Development process is accomplished within the frame of the GMES program. Special attention was put to continuous user participation, a solid validation of the services and the matching up between existing and upcoming legislations. This resulted in a service portfolio of flood risk analysis products, fully in support of the requirements of the EU Flood Directive and indispensable in the prevention, crisis or post-crisis phase of flood risks and emergency situations.
