摘要
"Click" chemistry has become a hot issue in present because of their mild reaction conditions, high selectivity, high yields and simple purification steps. Cyclodextrin and their derivatives (CDs) having skirt-shaped cyclic oligosaccharides with a hydrophobic inner cavity and a hydrophilic outside surface are important hosts of supramolecular chemistry. Synthesizing CDs with various properties has gained much attention. In this paper, CDs synthesized via "click" reaction and their applications are reviewed. Based on these reviews, the prospect is discussed.
