摘要
Looking back at the application of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) in MES(Manufacturing Execution System) in the past, we can find that the RFID card reader was fixed in the specified plant location and could not be moved freely, thus was largely influenced by the existing environment of the plant. With the application of ZigBee, however, we can make the data-collection equipment move freely and reduce the trouble caused by structured cabling, which is favorable to the change of production lines & assembly lines and the subsequent rebuilding of plants. It improves the traditional data-collection method and directly optimizes the data-collection module of the MES, which further increases the efficiency of the entire system.
