NEEDS ANALYSIS IN TRAINING PROGRAMS

The paper focuses on training programs and especially on the needs analysis that is the starting point for the design, licensing, implementation and assessment of social impact. More and more training suppliers placed the needs analysis among the difficulties. By describing the methodological elements and by giving examples we want to prevent bottlenecks which may be due to the completion of a faulty needs analysis. The work is theoretical, but with impact on educational practice, making reference to the current legislation and methodology in ongoing teacher training provided by suppliers which are for the most part higher education institutions with experience in psycho-pedagogy and the initial training of teachers.
