摘要
With the rapid increase in the number of new product introductions, the volume & complexity of manufacturing changes has the potential to overwhelm the development, quality, coordination, and delivery of equipment training, which, in turn, could result in delays in these new product introductions. This abstract describes how an application of a Lean Manufacturing principle averted this risk and resulted in a 56% increase in productivity enabling Intel to meet a 46% increase in the number of training collateral with a 36% reduction in training resources.
