Leisure, education and work: Reflections on improving people's quality of life

The article discusses leisure as a condition to improve human health and quality of life. Today, we can see in society the emphasis on the values of the world of work and the excessive pressure for results and income that go beyond real human possibilities. This process makes man a slave to work, so that his leisure becomes an extension of this work, affecting his health and, therefore, his quality of life. Hence the need to strengthen the discussion about the relationship between education, health and leisure and the role of physical education in this context.
