摘要
By applying the modification of a maximum likelihood method, we carry out the synthesis of the single-channel quasi-optimal measurer determining the time of appearance and the duration of the stochastic pulse signal. We show that, unlike the existing technically complex multichannel maximum likelihood estimates, the single-channel quasi-optimal estimates of the signal time parameters are consistent in the implementation. We also find the analytical expressions for the characteristics of the generated estimates and that allows assessing the reasonableness of the application of this or that measurement algorithm in each specific case.
