摘要：

The strong, further increasing water shortage in Zayandeh Rud catchment area and goals of industrial development as well as demographic trends requires to integrate the management of all water uses in regard to quantity, quality, origin and legal basis. For water resources related assessment of planning processes instruments have been developed, which decribe the water use, water distribution and water management systems and their rules.
