Establishment and Improvement of the Intellectual Property Right Management Mechanism of Chinese Tobacco Enterprises

The intellectual property (IP) management mechanism of tobacco enterprises is the summary of the research on the IPR strategy and comprehensive management mechanisms and systems in relation to the IP rights such as patent, trademark, copyright, etc., including the establishment of relevant institutions and systems to manage such matters as IPR application, granting permits, etc. Under the condition of fierce international competition, our Chinese enterprises have to meet challenges from world countries. To be "large creation country" rather than "large manufacture country" and change the situation of "production without innovation; property right without knowledge", it is necessary to make IP strategy and establish IP management mechanism in enterprises. Only by doing so, can Chinese tobacco enterprises cultivate specialized IP talents, have advanced IP sense, be familiar with international IP practice and establish good IP competition mode to maintain the input and accumulation ability.
