摘要
The history of land based military surveillance radars development from fixed to nonrotating antennas implementation is described. The features of surveillance radars with non and rotating antennas are compared and discussed. Examples of different surveillance 3D radar solutions with set of flat arrays or circular antennas are presented and their features compared.
