摘要
As the most concerned matter for migrant workers who work in cities, treatment in employment affects their behavior, and thus influences safety and stability of the cities in which they work. Past research seldom deeply analyzed the main factors influencing the behavior anomie of migrant workers from treatment in employment perspective and using quantitative approach. The purpose of this paper is to figure out the relationship between treatment in employment of migrant workers and their behavior anomie. A quantitative approach was adopted for this study employing questionnaire investigation on 1577 migrant workers in Beijing, China. This study indicates that the dissatisfaction of migrant workers with treatment in employment directly impacts normalization of their behavior, especially treatment in income security, training or education opportunities, which has the greatest influence on their behavior anomie. Meanwhile, the changes in their appeal for treatment in employment consequently change the factors which lead to their behavior anomie.
