摘要：

Along with economic globalization, CSR attracts increasingly more attentions. Experiencing fast development, Chinese private enterprises have to face challenges of CSR. Generally speaking, Chinese private enterprises do not have strong CSR awareness, which means that it is necessary to improve CSR practices of private enterprises. The author stresses that corporate sustainable development depends largely on CSR practices of private enterprises, which requires the active participation of a various stakeholders, e.g. the government, the market and public institutions.
