摘要：
SMART EDU is a new e-learning platform differing from CBT and WBT systems by ability to transmit TV quality video, audio to trainees thus allowing significant increase of e-learning trainings attraction to the trainees. SMART EDU provides complex set of tools and technologies for smooth provisioning of trainings, meetings and conferencing incorporating TV quality video as most native and appealing media. It integrates synchronous and asynchronous function like Live Broadcast, Interaction, Trainee site's Screens Remote control, Files broadcast, Web based tools such as Discussion Forum, Knowledge Base, as well as chatting and interactive channel. SMART EDU has built-in Learning Management System (LMS) and supports formal as well as un-formal learning, synchronous and asynchronous activities.
