Analysis of the Problem of Unemployment of University Graduates From Different Perspectives

Chinese scholars studied on the problem of unemployment of college students for a long time, perspective is also diverse. In this paper, three typical theorists (social structure, individual subjectivity and labor economics) of the academic perspective views were summarized and concluded. The education system, professional design, personnel training program, college students job search ideas, professional orientation and economic system and building the labor market factors are the main reasons for unemployment of college students. In this regard, we call: society should treat students correctly unemployment; the government should deepen reform, improve the labor market, lower cost of labor mobility; students should change the concept of employment; college career should guide students grasp the combination of expectations and social needs point, thus reduce the unemployment rate of university students.
