摘要
In order to obtain high-resolution three-dimensional images using photoacoustic tomography, we fabricated a hemispherical array sensor. It is used to detect signals of various shapes such as blood vessels that propagate in different directions, and the piezoelectric transducers are placed in hemispheres as much as possible to obtain high-resolution three-dimensional images. And the sensor can receive the wide ultrasonic wave from low frequency to high frequency to deal with the change of ultrasonic frequency with the observation object. The hemispherical array sensor developed by piezoelectric element is used to image iron wire and blood vessel. The results show that the sensor can obtain high imaging resolution.
