摘要
It is shown in part I that the major results of the thermodynamics of solar energy conversion are obtainable by use of the balance equations for energy and entropy fluxes. This makes for a unified presentation of the theory, which is offered in this paper. A survey of some well-known considerations is included, with the idea of also making the paper a helpful introduction to the subject. In part II, a list of efficiency is presented.
