摘要
Satisfied employees significantly contribute to strengthening the image of the company. Employee loyalty reduces turnover and costs for recruitment of new people. Modern employees tend to be very productive. At present, the powerful and qualified employee is an important success factor of every company. The article includes a comparison of perception of Corporate Social Responsibility by employees in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the world. The results of these researches and survey have shown that for employees is important to work for a socially responsible employer. In the article are used methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction.
