摘要
This paper analyzes uncertain factors which can cause schedule risk, and determines the level of risk of uncertainty. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to make a evaluation to the risk which affects construction schedule in hydraulic project, With that we can obtained quantitative value which represents influence degree towards construction progress by various factors of construction side, and this will be propitious to risk control of engineering project. Large-scale water conservancy project is complicated system engineering, including the project itself, and associated with social environment, natural environment. Schedule control as one of three control targets (quality, schedule and investment) in project construction management of hydraulic engineering is very important. Large-scale water conservancy projects have characteristics on a long cycle, large-scale, range over a wide field, and large quantity and wide variety of different risk factors. In the project construction process, it will inevitably be affected by various factors of uncertainty. Therefore the project's quality, progress and investment objectives will be facing the risk of not to achieve. So it is very necessary to make risk assessment and analysis on project schedule control prior to implementation of the project, and there will be extremely vital significance to ensure smoothly completion of the project.
