摘要
Predator and prey attack-escape performance was studied in the situation where a predator attacks a target individual in a prey flock with a leader in an attempt to examine if the predator's attack angle plays an important role in capturing the target prey. In our simulation, the individual that was the closest to the predator was chosen as a target for a prey flock in its initial state. The capture probability was considered as the distance between the predator and the target. We showed that the capture probability was maximized at a certain attack angle of the predator.
