Lean Enterprise Design Based on Lean Production

Entering the 21st century, with realizing methods of lean product and the increasingly rich experience, the realization of digital manufacture provides a more powerful tool for lean, and then expands the application scope of lean in the manufacturing enterprise. In the past we paid close attention to quality performance and cost control in manufacturing link, and this concept affected application and promotion of lean thinking. Based on this basis, the paper describes the enterprise lean design, which uses lean thinking from the factory design stage, to eliminate waste from the start, to evaluate lean design effect through the effect evaluation model, and then it makes enterprises gain more core competitiveness, in order to adapt to the rapid development of economy and customer ever-changing demand.
