Research on University Student Management Innovation

With the deepening of high education system reform, traditional environment of college students management has changed a lot. The traditional college student management mode is characterized by its single management subject, its tough and single management way, its focusing on management governance and no attention to service, its low management legalization, its structural imbalances of management rights and duties. These disadvantages appear continuously, to some extent, become "bottleneck" to promote the development of higher education system reform forward. This paper studies the college student management innovation issue, and put forward the following recommendations: the students management philosophy should be updated, the balance of student management mechanism of rights and obligations should be constructed by management subject innovation, management way innovation, and management content innovation.
