摘要
The author presents the model of competences as the counterpart to individualization of psychoanalysis, which is considered the shape of training today. He explains the associated change of perspective from the contents of good practice to the framework conditions of a good analyst. By this he means the external and internal conditions which enable fully qualified psychoanalytic work as indicated by the professional competences of analysts by their special capacities and skills. He presents two models of psychoanalytic competences: the one of the Australian Society published by Ken Israelstam and the other elaborated by himself in collaboration with agroup of supervisors. Finally, he discusses some benefits of the model of competences: its transparency, demonstrability, teachability and imperfection for stimulating one's own reflection. In this way it can give orientation and confidence to training candidates in forming their own psychoanalytic voice.
