摘要
Synthetic making test, a new method for high-voltage circuit-breaker testing and evaluating, has been brought in to replace direct making test, with the rapidly increasing of short-circuit capacity of power system and the high development of structure and performance of high-voltage circuit-breaker An optical-fiber control system is introduced, with its structure and its application in the synthetic making test circuit in the paper, as well as a new structure of fast making switch for current source. By transmitting control signals on optical fiber, the issues of high voltage insulation, among several switches in synthetic making test circuit and between the test circuit and the control system, is well resolved, as well as the issue of the Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) to the transmitting control signals caused by high current in the making test. And the results of simulating and measuring meet well, with the operation time delay of optical-fiber control system to fast making switch being in 100 mu s to meet the equivalence with direct making test.
