摘要
Vibrational states in a nanowire superlattice consisting of an alternate stacking of two cylindrical layers are theoretically studied. For azimuthally symmetric torsional modes, the expressions for phonon dispersion relations and transmittance are derived analytically. (C) 2004 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
