摘要
This paper focuses on sensor fault estimation problem for nonlinear singularly perturbed systems with bounded disturbances. The considered fault signals can be unbounded. An observer which satisfies a prescribed H infinity performance index is presented to evaluate the system states and fault signals simultaneously. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the presented observer is derived in the form of a set of LMIs. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our results.
