摘要
The high step-up dc-dc converters are building blocks of PV-based energy systems. These converters provide the voltage-lifting and maximum power point tracking of PVs. The sustainability of such systems depends on reliability of dc-dc converters. This paper investigates the reliability as well as operating life time of two step-up dc-dc converters. Furthermore, the sensitivity of output voltages to the duty cycle has been evaluated. Based on simulation and comparison results, the more reliable converter with longer operating life time has been introduced.
