摘要
Enterprise human resource management on the basis of psychological contract is one highlights at present. Agent is assumed by rational, stable risk-seeking, egoistic, homogeneous traditional principal-agent theory. As a result, the riddle of the enterprise's manager performance-wage is difficult to explain by traditional principal-agent model. A new angle of psychological contract is I forward to solve this riddle. According to the manager's psychological contract characteristics P I problem of combining economic contracts with psychological contracts, perfecting manager incentive mechanism and improving incentive efficiency are newly considered based on the study achievements of psychological contract in this paper.
