摘要：

This paper summarized the result of present situation of companies' risk management. We took samples of Top 500 Chinese companies and asked consulting company to do the survey by telephone questionnaire. After viewing the results of survey, we can sum up representative Chinese companies' cognition, needs and progress towards risk management, which provided us good references for promoting risk management.
