Symptomatic forearm hernias are troublesome conditions infrequently presented in the literature We describe a novel approach using cadaveric acellular dermal matrix in an inlay technique to restore fascia integrity In 2 patients who perform heavy labor, this technique resolved their hernia-related symptoms and allowed them to resume work activities (J Hand Surg 2010,35A 2053-2056 (C) 2010 Published by Elsevier Inc on behalf of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand)
