Particle position and probability wave in relativistic quantum field theory

摘要：
A particle position operator, which is not covariant but very important in quantum physics, is introduced into the relativistic quantum field theory. We define the probability wave in configuratian space and derive its Schrodinger equation in the adiabatic limit. Their consistent treatment in this limit is studied by solving the equation in some models.
