In this paper, we conduct research on the funds operating mechanism development and its impact on the modern market-oriented economy. Enterprise capital operation refers to the situation to ensure the enterprise assets the same quality and the value-added for the purpose of extending the enterprise funds, mainly around the capital as the center, through capital operation and circulation, with aid of a series of means such as financing, dominance and holding to the enterprise restructuring, merger and integration of operational process. Work at the center of modern enterprise operation and management or control of capital and capital appreciation, through capital operation to the flow of the funds, the number of idle funds, and the cost of capital for scientific and reasonable management, so as to realize purpose of capital operation, enterprise capital value maintained and added, eventually improve enterprise economic benefits as effectively promote the development of enterprises.
