摘要：
In allusion to the gear train of a new type of truck, a multi-objective optimization model of the gear train, including optimization mathematical models and parameterized finite element models, is established on the basis of finite element method and multi-objective Genetic Algorithm. The multidisciplinary optimization software iSIGHT is adopted as a platform to integrate the famous finite element software ANSYS and non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II) based on Pareto optimal to seek for the optimal structural designing scheme for the gear train of the smallest volume and minimum centers- distance, and the Pareto Optimal Solution set is obtained. The analysis method in the paper can effectively solve the problems of multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization for complex structures.
