Pragmatism and institutionalism in economy: an equipped path

The economists' shared vision as regards the links between their science and philosophy is always in accordance with the famous Schumpeter's thesis of << philosophical veil >>. According to this one, economic analysis is at any time independent of philosophy. Conversly, this paper aims to show that an other economics (economic analysis) is possible whose the first characteristic is construed with pragmatical philosophy. In the first half of twentieth century, that was the case of institutional economics developped by J. Commons. Today, that's the case of my micro-institutional approach in economy, developped on the subject of the reduction of working time in France by instance.
