Optimum allocation of manufacturing resources for aviatic project based on AHP approach

摘要
There are plenty of characteristics in aviatic project, such as manufacturing resources spreading, difference of resource requirement, and multiplicity of manufacturing resources. But in the planning of aviatic project, manufacturing resources must be allocated detailedly to every working procedure of part manufacturing and product assembling. For aviatic project, there are plenty of parts and sub-assemblies thousands upon thousands. It is very difficult to allocate manufacturing resources to every part and its manufacturing procedure. An approach of optimum allocation of manufacturing resources for aviatic project based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is presented. Firstly, this paper applies Delphi Method to build the set of factors that effect results of manufacturing resources evaluating. Secondly, model optimizing resources allocation is built based on AHP method. The model includes three aspects of information: aims of resource allocating; evaluating factors and evaluated objects. And the algorithm of manufacturing resources allocation is presented. Finally, we apply the algorithm successfully to allocate machine tools manufacturing a rib of ARJ21 aircraft wing.
