摘要：

The influence of the alloying elements and microstructures on the hydrogen permeability of a Pd alloy are reviewed. The hydrogen permeabilities of the alloys Pd-RE (the alloy Pd-Y especially) are superior to that of the alloy Pd - 25at%Ag which is presently wide use. A major factor affecting the hydrogen permeability is an order-disorder transition. The influence of the order-disorder transition on the hydrogen permeabilities of the alloys Pd-Ce and Pd-Gd has been extensively studied, although their hydrogen permeabilities are not good as the alloy Pd-Y. From the curve of electrical resistance vs. temperature, it can be concluded that a Pd3Y short-range-order superlattice and a Pd7Y long-range-order (LRO) superlattice exist in the alloy Pd-Y. It is thought that the Pd7Y LRO superlattice is transformed from the Pd3Y.
