Development Research on Rural Human Resources under Urban-rural Integration

With continuous development of social development, urban-rural integration in China has accelerated progresses. However, obvious gap in literacy, skills, social insurance between urban and rural areas severely hinders urban-rural integration. The essay analyzes the development of rural human resources under urbanrural integration, which will contribute to the improvement of rural construction, narrow the gap and accelerate the development of urban-rural integration. The study suggests the Development of Rural Human Resources under Urban-rural Integration should focus on Expansion of Education Investment and Construction of Education System and improvement on Agricultural Technology Training System, as well as Upgrading Agricultural Structure and Retaining Rural Workforces. The study also finds that it is important to effectively improve cultural qualities and science of rural workforces, expand its commodity chains and promote rural economic development.
