摘要
We have demonstrated a thulium-doped mode-locked fiber laser incorporating carbon-nanotube-based saturable absorber (CNT-SA) with ring pattern for the first time. The mode-locking operation can be maintained an infracavity average power of 37.8 mW, indicating that CNT with ring pattern can enhance the thermal damage threshold of SAs near 2 mu m.
