摘要：
Nowadays, people have paid more and more attention on the problem of government credibility. This paper discusses the significant role of the government credibility construction from following aspects: the lack of government credibility, a harmonious society, a service-oriented government and international challenges facing after joining WTO. And we analyze the problems when constructing government credibility and its main cause from many aspects. Based on this, we propose relative resolutions and its realizations.
