摘要：

The accessibility of higher education and the implementation of employment today is the most relevant. One of the ways to change the current situation is to reform the higher education system based on the modernization of the educational programs of universities by introducing unique, innovative technologies of practice-oriented learning into them. Such education is aimed at the socialization of students in society and their integration into the environment of future professional activities. The needs of the modern information society make it necessary to modernize domestic education. Using the information and educational environment in the educational process contributes to solving urgent problems facing educational institutions and is the basis for creating a qualitatively new education system. The article considers the theoretical foundations for creating and using an educational institution's information and educational environment.
