摘要：
A collaborative research project was conducted by using a framework based on the 11 management functions as defined by the WHO (World Health Organization), to determine the educational needs of directors of nursing in ministry of health hospitals in Saudi Arabia. The results of this study can be used to guide effective and cost-efficient transfer of nursing knowledge throughout the Middle East. © 2001 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
