摘要
This paper proposed a four-port DC-DC converter for multiple energy sources integration application. The proposed converter, derived from a phase-shift three-port half bridge DC-DC converter, is capable of integrating three different energy sources without adding extra semiconductor devices. This converter is suitable for the residential houses where two energy sources and battery are used. The soft switching technique make it possible to achieve higher efficiency at higher switching frequency and further lead to more compact design. A 1 kW prototype was built to interface a photovoltaic (PV) panel, a wind turbine generator (WTG), and battery to the load. The measured waveforms validate the working principle of the converter.
