Contributions on Scientific-Technological Cooperation between Argentina and Colombia (2007-2015)

This paper aims to contribute to the study of scientific-technological cooperation between Argentina and Colombia at the beginning of the 21st century, more precisely, between 2007 and 2015. It is part of a more far-reaching investigation, focused on the examination of cooperation in science and technology among the countries of Latin America. It advances on different dimensions of analysis. The contextual dimension explores the scientific-technological and foreign policies of Argentina and Colombia; the normative dimension, observes the intention, embodied in memorandums and agreements, of advancing on the integration of countries through joint work in science and technology; the instrumental dimension characterizes the cooperation program between Mincyt and Colciencias, which aims to support the mobility of human resources within the framework of joint research projects; and the micro-social dimension, gives voice to the researchers involved in the cooperation, investigating the scope and limitations of those initiatives.
