摘要
The non-intelligence factor is the innovative key factor in talent development, physical education students with the unique features of non-intelligence factors, this paper based on implicit learning perspective, through the literature and interviews, from the essential characteristics of implicit learning to start,combined with features of non-intelligence factors, preliminary verification of the implicit learning and non-intelligence factors that can be melting, and the use of physical education students within the implicit learning mechanism to propose non-intelligence factors strategy.
