摘要
The production of the agglomerate is always related to the consumption of energy, occurrence of solid polluting substances and emissions, which are the main source of air pollution. The submitted work contains the analysis of knowledge obtained from the literature, but mainly analysis of the results gained from the laboratory sintering pan. This laboratory sintering pan sufficiently simulates conditions present on the sinter belt in relation to the production of CO, CO2, NOx, SOx and solid polluting substances in the sintering process. On the basis of the theoretical analysis as well as the analysis of measured data, computing of balance, production, qualitative and quantitative parameters of the sintering process we can express the opinion that when changing various parameters of the sintering process (for example, changing the sucking air underpressure) these emissions can decrease. The significant decrease of emissions can be achieved through minimization of the fuel content in the sintering charge.
